World class office furniture maker Herman Miller, based in Zeeland, Michigan, was seeking a new way to address vital business issues while engaging high potentials in a developmental opportunity. They recruited “project management expert” Tom Smith during a work sabbatical from his business management teaching responsibilities to lead three project teams made up of high potentials and content experts. Crux Move was hired to provide an intense, compressed three day team development launch for each of the teams.
