Ian MacKellar, Site Leader at a Pfizer pharmaceutical plant that was one of the few places in the world at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic that could make the vaccine. Everyone pulled together to make it because it had to be done. Not just for their boss or their company, but the world needed it. So, they did whatever it took. Everything that it took. Then they did it again. And again. That’s when Ian MacKellar called and shared that while his people were providing medicine to make other lives better, theirs wasn’t too good given the pressure and the hours and that it wasn’t letting up. And that wasn’t okay. He was interested in improving the culture to in turn improve the health of his people and make it easier to get work done.
