Maureen Coveney Bolen

Maureen Coveney Bole has worked with Crux Move over the past several years both as owner of San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station’s (SONGS) Leadership Academy in Southern California and numerous times as a senior leader mentor during the sessions. Crux Move provides a multi-day experiential training session that “kicks off” each Leadership Academy. The session focuses on leadership capacities and abilities identified by senior leadership considered necessary in order for the site to be successful.
